Service Description
Book a 20 minute advice session with our Principal Lawyer, Mat Jessep, to discuss your corporate or commercial legal matter relating to your business or your startup ideas. Meetings are held via telephone or online (Zoom) at a time and place that suits you. The call will clarify the legal issues in your matter and provide a step-by-step legal process to follow in your business or your start-up. After the call we can provide additional help and advice, or you may have all you need to get on with things yourself. This service will include legal advice.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Fee Terms & Conditions - rescheduling & cancellations All bookings are made pursuant to the following terms and conditions, which you acknowledge and accept upon making your booking: You are responsible for providing adequate information at the time of booking so as to allow your booking to proceed within the time period booked for. All appointments shall conclude at the end time nominated by you on your booking, or additional costs and fees may be incurred. You acknowledge and accept that legal advice may or may not be given during your booking and that your matter may not be resolved at the conclusion of your booking, requiring additional information and assistance. Rescheduling Terms & Conditions: 1) Requests to reschedule bookings for all online appointments may be made in writing to admin@wegotgame.com.au at any time prior to the start time of your booking, with the rescheduled date to be no more than 28 days later (subject to availability). 2) Requests to reschedule face-to-face in-person meetings must be made with at least 3 hours notice in writing to admin@wegotgame.com.au in advance of the start time of your booked appointment, with the rescheduled date to be no more than 28 days later (subject to availability). 3) Requests to reschedule your face-to-face in-person appointment made with less than 3 hours notice will incur a charge of an additional 25% of the booking fee on account of administration, travel, and preparation costs and expenses. Cancellation Terms & Conditions 1) To cancel your booking please contact us with at least 3 hours notice in writing to admin@wegotgame.com.au in advance of the start time of your booked appointment. 2) Cancellations made in writing to admin@wegotgame.com.au with at least 3 hours notice will receive a full refund. 3) Cancellations made with less than 3 hours notice, no shows, and any notice not sent to admin@wegotgame.com.au will receive a refund of 75% of monies paid on account of administration and interview preparation costs incurred by us with the cancelled or unattended booking. Refunds are not automatic and all such requests must be submitted by you in writing to admin@wegotgame.com.au no later than 28 days after the original booked time.
